My read: this was not an “everything is fine” decision. It was a “the Bank is not ready to move” decision.

📈 Inflation risk is still there.
📉 The economy is still soft.
💰 Mortgage payment pressure is still real.
📍 And locally, our market is still active — but selective.

For buyers, this means you need to understand your numbers today, not the numbers you hope for later.

For sellers, it means pricing and presentation still matter. A stable rate does not remove buyer caution.
