Holding rates steady offers some stability. Buyers can move forward with a little more confidence knowing borrowing costs aren’t changing right now. This pause allows buyers to plan and budget with certainty. Having a plan and budget in place is so important in today’s real estate market!

🎉Sellers:
Steady rates help keep buyers active in the market. We’re continuing to see buyers looking for homes across the Valley, especially well priced homes in desirable areas. We are starting to see more inventory coming to the market.
