Halifax sellers seem to be missing the mark on price less often as 2026 goes on 🔍🏡

Back in January, about 36% of single‑family homes that sold had to take at least one price cut before they got an accepted offer. By April, that was down to around 20%.

That doesn’t look like buyers suddenly throwing extra money at listings — it looks like everyone getting a clearer read on fair market value and pricing closer to where informed buyers are actually willing to move 💸📊
