In a multiple offer scenario, most people assume that the highest-priced offer always wins. 💸

But that’s not always the case.

Every once in a while, there is a special emotional connection between the seller and buyer. ✨

In one example, my clients M&J were on the hunt for a beautiful home in Walnut Grove.

They had their hearts set on this neighbourhood. It was perfect for them and their 2 daughters.

But soon enough, they started to feel discouraged.

We wrote several offers but kept losing.

Until we found the one. 🏠

The listing agent shared with us that the seller really wanted the home to go to a family.

We wrote a letter to the seller, introducing her to my clients. This way, she could get to know them better. 📃

She connected so much to their story that we ended up getting the house, even though we weren’t the highest price, by far.

Sometimes you have to think outside of the box to get a seller's attention. 👀
