MAY MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

The latest data from the London & St. Thomas area shows that May brought a mixed but steady market. Strong activity in condominium apartments and row properties helped support overall demand, even as softer performance in other segments led to a year-over-year cooling in total sales.

Here’s a little breakdown:

• Last month’s sales were 11.9% fewer than a year before.
• There were 9.7% fewer homes listed than the previous year.
• The benchmark price for all home types was $527,400.
