A while back, I had a showing scheduled for an East London house that was tenant occupied, and the tenant was leaving when I arrived. She called out from a distance away, "Please don't let the _________ out". I couldn't hear what that one word was, but quickly figured it out when I went inside.
It was pet birds that weren't in a cage! They were pretty adorable, but I have to admit I'd never shown a house before where there were birds flying around lol.
