🏡 Average Selling Price: $1,058,658 (-3.9% year-over-year)

📈 Home Sales: 6,770 (+9.4%)

📋 New Listings: 17,282 (-12.9%)

⏱️ Average Days on Market: 42 days

While prices remain slightly below last year's levels, sales activity has increased and fewer new listings are coming to market. This combination suggests improving buyer confidence while inventory growth continues to moderate.
