Even though prices are 6.7% lower compared to last year, and 22% below the market peak in 2022, the 10 year annual growth still averaged 5.1%.

Further stabilization will depend on supply tightening and buyer demand improving in the months ahead, especially as economic uncertainty continues to affect the market.
