Angela Espey REALTOR® Life was simple and memorable. A little over a decade and I found myself knowing the town, its residents, and made some lifelong friends along the way.

In early 2001, my husband and I settled in Nanaimo with nothing but a few dreams and some donated furniture items in a small one-room rental in an apartment complex on Bradley Street. But the town of Nanaimo is the backdrop to a success story of a young woman that believed that with hard work she could succeed no matter what the occupation. pecialized in customer service as I worked managing Moxies restaurant and became a Customer Service Representative, willing and ready to go the extra mile for the members at Coastal Community and Island Savings. To continue the journey I completed my real estate license knowing that I serve my town in an even greater capacity. My expertise relies on my devotion to hard work and my care for those I am entrusted to represent. Knowledge is attained with time. But a woman of character and integrity and a high motor for working hard for people is a much harder find. A wise man once said, I have needed no advertising but I have stayed busy and successful for 30 years by word of mouth. That is the earmark of a successful business. That man could claim many things but it was those he worked for that truly knew they had the best person for the job and, subsequently, kept him busy for three decades never needing to promote his own work. In the same manner I look less on words on a page as my support and more so to your experience and what you will realize as I work hard for you. I am the best person for the job.
