From inspiring keynote speakers and valuable insights from the leadership team to meaningful conversations, incredible food, and genuine connection, it was an experience that left a lasting impression.

One of the highlights was Oakwynโ€™s commitment to giving back through the sponsorship of 10 scholarships for young women attending the UBC Sauder School of Businessโ€”a powerful investment in the next generation of leaders.
I returned home feeling refreshed, inspired, and re-energized, topped off by a wonderfully restorative 45-minute sound bath. โœจ

The market remains balanced as we head toward summer, with inventory levels staying healthy and prices showing little month-to-month movement. While detached and townhouse sales have held relatively steady, apartment sales continue to lag, weighing on overall market activity.
