I like to share a little behind the scenes when I can because I think these moments can be really relatable for a lot of buyers.

This couple thought they wanted to move to the country, have the acre of land they’d always wanted, and a large garage.

After viewing numerous properties, this is where the realization starts to happen. The wants vs. the needs become a little more realistic, and you start thinking about what actually makes the most sense for the future.

This property isn’t rural, but it made the most sense for them and still checked a lot of boxes, just not all of them.

Honestly, not every house is going to check every box realistically. As a buyer, you start to realize which boxes you’re okay with not checking. You start to figure out what really matters to you, and sometimes you don’t realize what’s actually perfect until you’ve seen a few, or more.
