Don’t renovate before selling!
Not all renovations make you money.
I’ve seen sellers spend $40,000 on a brand-new kitchen… and get maybe half of that back.
Why?
Because buyers don’t pay dollar-for-dollar for upgrades.
Most renovations return 50–70% at resale, some return even less if they’re too personal or overdone for the neighbourhood.

Sometimes a deep clean, fresh paint, and proper staging will net you more than a full remodel. Before you swing a hammer, DM me and I’ll tell you what’s actually worth doing.
