I have lived my whole life in the greater Saint John area and I currently call Quispamsis home. Coming from a family that has, for decades, run a very reputable construction company, I have a well-rounded and solid foundation for my career in real estate. I have always been deeply involved in my community and passionate about giving back. When the opportunity came up in 2020 to run for the former Saint John Real Estate Board, I jumped in head first. I served first as director, followed by treasurer and finally vice-chair. I have sat on many committees during my time as a REALTOR® and I am currently sitting on CREA’s board of directors as the Atlantic Regional Director. For over 20 years, I have worked hard to personally raise tens of thousands of dollars for local and regional children’s charities. With RE/MAX, I'm able to continue giving back with a portion of every sale going to the IWK, a hospital very near and dear to my heart. Hello friends ❤ I need some HELP from all of you today, please. I'm still in shock that this one hasn't sold yet, especially since the same unit closed this week, in the same park, for only $100 less and the yard on this one is even nicer. While I did not see that one in person, I can guarantee that this one is in as good, if not better condition as it's literally like new!

Please help me get the word out about this truly lovely home. The owners are honestly the nicest people I have ever met (sorry to everyone else). They are really excited about their new home but this not having sold yet is making it a little hard to truly enjoy this experience.
