I’m entering my 10th year as a REALTOR®. I am proud to say, I will be awarded the ReMax 100% Club Sales Achievement Award 2019 for a 4th year running (thanks to all my clients and supporters, I wouldn't be where I am today without you!). I am incredibly positive and optimistic about the future in Saint John and the market here. When I'm not with clients or in my office-car, I love to tend to my indoor plant babies year round and my edible garden in the warmer months, bird watch and more recently, help aid the monarch butterfly population, all in my own backyard. A few years back, I purchased an older home in Rothesay and have slowly been DIY’ing it to a modern rustic cottage, I love design and find doing it myself incredibly challenging but rewarding. I am crafty too so don’t be surprised if you see me knotting some macrame or building some wall art. (I’m always tinkering with something, I swear I get it from my engineer Dad!). I enjoy anything on and close to the water including stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), kayaking, swimming and boating to name a few! I love the outdoors and New Brunswick is the place to be for that with great trails throughout. I am a huge animal lover and proud supporter of the SPCA. I also donate a portion of all my sales to a special cause, the Children's Wish Foundation, specifically locally, the IWK Foundation. I am a daughter to very supportive & hard-working parents, sister to two amazing mothers and an incredible dad, and proud aunt to 9 nieces and nephews- 8 of whom are 13 & under! We are the only Osepchook in Canada- if you know how to spell it, you'll find me! (Now, with the new heather o. real estate, you don't even know how to spell it to find me!

They said yes. The house said “not yet.” (spoiler: they got the keys last week 🔑🥹)

L & J, newly engaged and now officially homeowners, came into my life at one of my listings this spring. A few emails later I got the question every REALTOR® dreams of: “Will YOU be our REALTOR?” (Yes. Obviously. Tears were shed. Moving on.)

We searched. We viewed. We didn’t rush, because they knew what they wanted. Then we found THE one, wrote an offer in multiple offers... and didn’t get it. 💔

But we were offered the back-up position. As first-time buyers, they had questions, like “wait, so we lose but we also kind of don’t?” Yep. That’s exactly it. And it didn’t mean we stopped looking. So we kept searching, and they kept hoping (quietly, with snacks).

YES, they still wanted it. 😭

Last week, L & J got the keys to their first home together. I could not be more proud. Thank you for trusting me with such a big moment. I can’t wait to see how you make it yours. 🏡❤️

Congratulations K & I on your new home in Saint John! 🔑🏡

When you made the move to Rothesay from Ontario a few years back, you knew you wanted to put down roots here and after really getting to know the area, you decided it was time to grow.

Literally. Veggies, herbs, chickens, and a dream garage that most people only wish for. Plus a little separate space just for H to call her own. This home checked every box, and then some. ✨

Watching it come together for your family has meant the world to me, thank you for trusting me again to help make it happen.

What a great first season on the Floatway! ☀️🌊

When we launched the floating walkway this summer, we hoped it would get people outside, moving, and exploring the waterfront. It did all of that and more. The floatway brought people to Rothesay from across the region, gave families a reason to get out for a walk, and added something genuinely fun to the community.

The dismantling begins the week of September 21, so if you haven't made it out yet, now is your chance!

It was a great first year and we'll see you back on the water in 2027. 🌊

Saint John investment properties were getting bid up, but this one never even hit the market. 👀

My client, a repeat out-of-town investor, came to me ready to buy again in Saint John. The problem? Every property worth buying was going to multiple offers, and the bidding wars were pushing prices so high the numbers just didn’t work anymore.
