Is the GTA housing market starting to shift? ๐
July brought an important change: new listings dropped 17.8% year-over-year, while home sales remained relatively stable. With fewer properties coming to market, buyers are beginning to face more competition.

๐ The MLSยฎ Home Price Index also edged higher compared to June, an encouraging sign that GTA home values may be beginning to stabilize.
