Bay Adelaide West opened its doors in June 2009. The Bay Adelaide Centre complex encompasses a whole city block and consists of the newly constructed East Tower, 1/2 acre urban plaza and potential for another office tower. BAY ADELAIDE EAST
Opening its doors in December 2015, it is the newest addition to Brookfield's Toronto portfolio and the second tower of the Bay Adelaide Centre complex. It is designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification.
