I recently had the opportunity to share the story behind Faber Real Estate Group with Royal LePage Leading Edge, including some of the lessons that have shaped our team and our approach.

When I look back, the biggest lessons have rarely been about simply working more hours. They have been about being intentional with your time, building strong systems, staying consistent, and investing in relationships for the long term.

One of the things I’m most grateful for is having the opportunity to build this business alongside my dad. I shared something in the article that probably sums up this chapter better than anything:

“He helped me achieve in 10 years what took him two decades. Now, I’m helping others achieve in 5 years what took me 10.”

That is a big part of what I want the next chapter of Faber Real Estate Group to be about. Taking what we have learned, passing it forward, continuing to improve the experience we provide our clients, and building something that lasts.
