Greater Victoria’s real estate market remained relatively steady in July, with sales nearly matching last year’s levels, more homes available to buyers and benchmark prices edging lower in several categories.

According to the latest Victoria Real Estate Board (VREB) stats, a total of 673 properties were sold across the region during the month.

More than 46K cruise ship passengers expected to visit Victoria this week

it's about to get busy on the island! Victoria’s cruise ship season is heading into another busy week, with 16 vessels scheduled to visit Ogden Point between Monday, August 10th and Sunday, August 16th.

The ships have a combined estimated capacity of 46,138 passengers, according to the Greater Victoria Harbour Authority’s cruise schedule.
