Greater Victoria’s real estate market remained active in May, with buyers benefiting from more choice than we've seen in years. While sales were slightly lower than last year, inventory continued to grow, creating opportunities for both buyers and sellers in a more balanced market. 🏡✨

Here’s a little breakdown:

• Last month's sales were 5.9% lower than a year ago.
• There were 8.4% more active listings than the previous year.
• The benchmark price for a single-family home in Victoria Core was $1,339,000.
