The Victoria real estate market saw a solid month of activity in July, with sales remaining close to last year’s levels and above the five-year average for July. JUNE MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

The Victoria real estate market remained balanced in June, with buyers continuing to benefit from more choice as inventory gradually increases. 🏡 While sales were slightly lower than this time last year, the market continues to offer opportunities for both buyers and sellers.

Here’s a little breakdown:

• 719 properties sold, 5.5% fewer than in June 2025.
