18 years ago today my life changed forever. I became a mother and I wouldn’t change a thing. So proud of whom my son is becoming as a young man. It truly is a joy to watch him evolve. I love you forever, sweetie… ❤️ ❤️

Possession day for my 1st Time Homebuyers! Exciting day … 🥂🥂🥂🥂

….. but always good to show up early to do a walk through of the home to make sure that it’s stays as per the contract. When you write “all personal possessions to be removed” and they’re not… well it’s time to talk with the other selling realtor and fix the problem.

So important to keep those lines of communication open even after the closing is firm.

The relationships that you have with your other realtors are key! 🔑 🔑
