I am very grateful 🙏 for the recent sale for our mom's estate. Thank you Troy Peterson, Sutton West Coast Realty for listing the home and putting the deal together. As the Executor of the Estate, I was unable to list the home myself. It is always different to be in the Seller's seat and experience the emotions that all my all my clients feel when they sell their homes. Congratulations on a job well done!

Congratulations to the new owner! May she have many years of happiness and enjoyment living by the sea!

It is a little wierd driving by mom's neighbourhood and realizing that I no longer can "pop" in for a visit. RIP mom ❤️.
