Apparently it’s a thing that witches come in 3’s. Did you know this? (Jenell just explained it to me)

Witches often appear in groups of three because the number 3 has a long history of representing magic, feminine power, and the cycles of life.

Well we all know it’s Jenell’s favourite time of the year. Her Halloween decor has officially made it out and it looks amazing.

I’m just wondering when she is going to bring back the party 👻 🤷‍♀️

Not your typical Realtor-client relationship!

Started the day putting my client in BMS holds and ended the day showing her country properties.

Nothing builds trust quite like being physically restrained by the person helping you buy a house.

Don’t worry, I won’t use these moves during negotiations 😂

👀 3 things making your home look dated without you realizing.

👉🏻Old light fixtures. Swapping one dated fixture often changes the feel of an entry or hallway.
👉🏻Heavy wood tones. Dark trim, doors and railings sometimes date a space, especially when paired with newer flooring or paint.
👉🏻Tired flooring. Worn carpet, older tile or awkward flooring transitions stand out quickly in photos and showings.

You don’t always need a huge renovation before selling. Sometimes a few smaller updates make a home feel much more current.

And yes, I notice all of this while walking through houses. Occupational hazard.
