Last weekend, I had the absolute pleasure of celebrating my school friend’s 50th birthday. Although she now lives in Ireland, the moment she arrived, we picked up exactly where we left off at St Gregory’s School in Bath!

I wanted to organise something a little special while also supporting a wonderful local business, so we had a visit from Tennygrove Vineyard who are nestled in the heart of Shockerwick near Batheaston.

We enjoyed a relaxed wine tasting, sampling their delicious sparkling whites and rosés—and it’s fair to say we were all a little giggly afterwards!

A huge shout-out to Ally, co-owner of Tennygrove Vineyard, for making the afternoon so memorable. It was unpretentious, great fun and absolutely delicious. 🥂🍇

**So... what makes me different from other estate agents?**

Maybe it’s because I don’t believe business has to be all suits, sales pitches, and serious faces.

Today is extra special because **we’re celebrating our 3rd birthday as a business!** 🥂 Three incredible years built on trust, relationships, and doing things a little differently. I couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way.

This year I also turn **50** 🎉. Born and bred in **Bath**, I’m celebrating in beautiful Puglia, Italy, with my lifelong friends from **St Gregory’s School**—the same friends who’ve been keeping me grounded (and laughing!) for decades.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that **kindness is good for people and good for business**. It’s at the heart of everything I do, and it’s the culture we’ve built as a team.

I also believe in pushing myself outside my comfort zone... which explains why you’ll find me attempting my very first TikTok dance with my school friends! 😂💃
