🫶SAVE🫶 How are you? How many times do we get asked this ? Imagine if we responded with honesty, not just ‘good thanks’ or’yeah I’m ok, you know’.

In a world 🌍 more connected than ever before people are feeling more disconnected from how they are really feeling because of all the noise and distraction 🤯

Understanding your core feeling or as we say getting to the core of the matter will immediately help you understand what is really going on in the wounded self.

Putting air to the wound heals it, putting words to the feeling your having disempowers it.

It’s a simple hack, please save this wheel and check in when you’re feeling something on the outer layer like ‘anxious’ or ‘dissappointed’ and trace it to the root.

You speak to it, ‘it’s ok to feel SAD 😔 but remember your ok, it’s just and old wound that you need to trace back, when were you sad as a child? Ask yourself that, You then connect with that, bring love, understanding, soothing and your adult strength. Feeling is healing ❤️‍🩹 and this journey is all about healing authentically so you can allow the true you the air to breath new life.
