🔨 Strong progress is being made at our Hotwells project in Bristol, with significant advances across the roof refurbishment works.

The new roof structure has now been installed, alongside ongoing tiling, leadwork and dormer construction as the team works through this phase of the build. 🏗️

The scaffold “tin hat” continues to play an important role on site, allowing works to progress while protecting the building and workforce from the elements during the full roof rebuild. 👷

🔨 Strong progress is being made at our Hotwells project in Bristol, with the roof rebuild a major focus on-site currently.

Following the strip-out phase, extensive deterioration and rot were uncovered within the original roof structure, meaning a full rebuild was required to secure the long-term integrity of the building. The team is now making good progress with the structural works, insulation and tiling.

The temporary scaffold “tin hat” has been invaluable throughout this stage of the refurbishment, not only protecting the building from the elements, but also providing much-needed cover for the team working through the recent heatwave. 👷☀️

🔨 Plenty of progress has been made at our Hotwells project over the past couple of weeks. Alongside the roof being fully stripped back and structural roofing works underway, we’ve been pushing ahead with insulation, first fix prep and new studwork installation to shape the internal layout ready for the next phase of the refurbishment. 👷🏽‍♂️🏗️

Scaffold is now fully up and we’ve been installing a temporary “tin hat” roof at the Hotwells development. 🏗️

With the original roof now stripped back, the tin hat plays a key role in keeping the building protected from the elements while we carry out structural and roofing works below, helping keep everything moving on schedule.🔨

🔨 Work is well underway on our latest project in Hotwells, Bristol, with a major focus over the past couple of weeks on opening the building up and taking it back to its core.

The team has been busy ripping out interiors across multiple floors. Always a satisfying stage, and an important one in really understanding the structure and layout we’re working with.

It’s great to see tangible progress on site and the building starting to reveal its potential. 🏗️

Completed in May 2024, this was a fantastic scheme that showcases what can be achieved through thoughtful design and planning.

We transformed a tired 1930s 3-bedroom semi-detached house into a high-quality 7-bedroom co-living home, alongside securing planning for a brand new 4-bedroom, all en-suite HMO. Together, the development now provides modern shared living for 11 professionals in a prime location.🏡

A great example of maximising a site’s potential while delivering high-quality, sustainable accommodation.

🏗️ We’ve now officially started on our newest project in Hotwells, Bristol. A building with plenty of character, but in need of a full overhaul.

After a long journey (over a year) to get the deal over the line, it’s a great feeling to finally be on site and seeing things move.

Early works are well underway, with strip-out progressing across the upper floors, and a substantial scaffold now in place ready for the upcoming roof works.

Looking forward to transforming this one over the coming months, working closely with Rightside Property and Sagers Construction to unlock its full potential.
