🏗️ The exterior at Hotwells is looking very different from where we started.

The original red frontage has now been repainted, with the contrasting white architectural detailing giving the building a completely different appearance.

There’s still work to be completed while the scaffolding is in place, but it’s already a significant change to the front elevation.

At our Hotwells development in Bristol, the site is buzzing as decorators, electricians, plumbers and kitchen fitters each play their part in turning weeks of construction into finished homes.

✅ Planning granted for our new BS6 development, on the border of Westbury Park and Bishopston.

We've secured approval for a Section 73 application, improving the original consented house designs to create two high-quality family homes that make better use of the site and offer a stronger layout for future homeowners.

We're now mobilising the site ahead of a start later this summer and look forward to bringing these new homes to one of Bristol's most sought-after neighbourhoods, within the Bishop Road and Redland Green catchment areas.
