Another lovely project completed for Reprise Property. ✨
This first-floor, two-bed two-bath flat is nearly ready to welcome its first tenants, and it's available to rent shortly.
We loved bringing this one together, from the initial design to the finishing touches. Every room was styled to look great in photos and feel even better in person.

For almost two years we've been searching for a workshop/warehouse space, without any luck.

When we couldn't find the perfect space, we decided to create something that will still work for us - so we found a small office space just near where we're based in Portishead, and managed to convince the landlord to let us place storage containers on the same site.

Together, this gives us the right space to operate from as a temporary measure, and a step forward to something bigger. We're looking forward to sharing updates on how we transform it to work for our needs - and we've still got our sights set on a full warehouse one day. Watch this space.

Not staging your home doesn't save you money. It just moves the cost somewhere else.

Every seller makes a trade-off. Skip staging, and here's what you're really signing up for.
1. Longer time on market, which means higher holding costs.
2. More stress and emotional strain during an already difficult process.
3. And buyers who walk through an unstaged or tired-looking property and immediately start negotiating the price down.

Staged homes tend to sell at or above asking price. Unstaged ones often sit, and sitting too long almost always forces a price reduction, one that ends up costing far more than staging ever would have.

The real question isn't whether staging is worth the investment. It's what you're willing to put up with if you skip it.

Myth: student lets don't need styling. 🙅‍♀️

We hear this a lot from landlords - "it's just students, they won't care." But they do. A cold, bare room says "afterthought." A soft-staged one says "someone's actually thought about living here."

And it's not just about looks - it's about numbers. Soft-staged rooms fill faster, reduce void periods, and often justify a higher rent than an unstaged equivalent. A small styling spend can pay for itself many times over.

The thing I've tried to explain to property investors who've never done :

It's not "make it look nice."

It's standing in an empty room and seeing exactly what's stopping a from picturing their life there. It's knowing that the wrong sofa in the wrong spot can cost you £10k on completion day. It's the difference between "viewers walked through" and "viewers stayed."

You can't Instagram-filter your way to that.
You can't AI-generate a feeling.

Project North Roat: a 9-bed HMO for professionals in Cardiff, and our third project with this client 🙌.

We were brought in from day one - layout, finishes, colour palette, tiles, panelling, kitchen, lighting, furniture - right through to the final staging. Full end-to-end design partnership, not just a styling job at the finish line.

Not every day on site goes to plan 👀

Behind every "after" photo you see, there's usually a mini crisis we solved before you even knew about it.

The wardrobe that arrives with half its fittings missing. The mirror that looked fine in the box... until we opened it and found it in three pieces. The bed that was "definitely" arriving today and somehow isn't. Cue an extra trip, some frantic phone calls, and a bit of creative problem-solving.

Honestly? We kind of love this part of the job. It's a puzzle every time - working out what we can substitute, what needs sourcing fresh, and how to keep everything looking seamless without blowing the budget or the timeline.

Because what you see is the finished space. What you don't see is the planning behind it: making sure frames match, colour schemes are on point, our stock lines up with what's needed, and - always - that the space speaks to the right target tenant or buyer.

Staging isn't just styling a room. It's problem-solving under pressure, with an eye for detail the whole way through.
