Amazing house, location and views and we are just 2 miles from Windermere and Ambleside.

We sleep 12 to 14 with 5 bedrooms, 2 wood burning stoves, triple bbq, large enclosed garden with lake and mountain views and the main 555 & 599 Bus Service on our doorstep so you can hop on and off as you visit Grasmere, Windermere, Ambleside or Bownesss.

All the glass panels have been polished, decking and patio jet washed and new bbq sets in the 🍖 area 👌
