Ediston Homes are delighted to announce that we have completed a conditional contract to acquire an 8.5-acre site at Hillcrest, Kilmarnock. The site is being purchased from Hargreaves Land, marking our first deal together.

Located on the northern edge of Kilmarnock, the attractive greenfield site sits within the popular Borland area, adjacent to the sought-after Southcraigs Estate. The development benefits from excellent commuter connectivity due to its close proximity to the A77.

The proposed development will deliver a mix of three and four-bedroom homes, helping to meet the demand for high quality housing in East Ayrshire. The first homes are anticipated to be released for sale during the latter part of 2027.
