We specialise in student and professional accommodation, renting flats, apartments and houses. Much of the accommodation has been built by us in the last few years. We were proud to be short listed for the LABC Building Excellence Awards in 2012. We also have a large number of traditional Victorian and Edwardian properties right across LS6 - the heart of student accommodation in Hyde Park and Headingley. The vast majority of properties are owned and managed by us. So, there is no middleman and therefore no need to wait for a decision on repairs or maintenance.
