During a property viewing in Prime London,

A Saudi client once told me something I’ll never forget.

He said:

“I’m not buying a home. I’m buying peace of mind for my family.”

At first, we viewed the obvious choices ,luxury penthouses in Mayfair, grand residences in Knightsbridge, elegant homes in Belgravia.

Beautiful properties.
World-class finishes.

That’s exactly what I said to my client the moment we stepped into this beautiful lateral apartment in Kensington ,and luckily, we even have the video proof 😂

Representing my retained buyer, our journey officially started on January 29th. Over the following weeks, we explored several properties across the Royal Borough before going under offer in early March. After nearly two weeks of negotiations, we secured the property while achieving a 4.24% saving from the asking price.
