Registration in our region is expected to 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳, with the 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 £𝟲𝟱 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆.

Registration will be compulsory, with sanctions and penalties for those who fail to comply.
