It’s never easy calling unsuccessful offers in a multi-offer situation. But it’s a great opportunity to offer my professional guidance and stand by their side until we cross the finish line.
During that call, I made a promise to Kels that we’d get her into her first home after months of struggle in a competitive and heated market. Days later, we found the one. Off-market, no competition, just the perfect house for her and what she’d been looking for. Weeks later she took ownership and is now a very proud and deserving homeowner for the first time.
This job is so much more than just transactions. This job is heart, soul, big emotions and enormous life changes.
Im obsessed with it, I love every bit of it and I wake up every day excited to make a difference in such a monumental part of people’s lives.
