Minneapolis home bought sight unseen — and it went perfectly✨

My buyers were living on the East Coast. Their search had one non-negotiable: close enough to the U of M for her husband to bike to work. We spent a weekend touring homes when she was in town, didn’t pull the trigger on a single one, and then found the right house virtually.

Countless FaceTimes. Every step handled remotely. And when the inspection came back, I negotiated a credit that put real money back in their pockets.

The day of the final walkthrough? The garage still had the seller’s stuff in it. I had a junk removal crew out there fast — and we closed on time without a hitch.
