No fancy office today, and no showings. Just at my kitchen table, getting the stuff done that actually moves things forward: comps, numbers, and a lot of back-and-forth texts/calls. 🏡

Three keys handed over this month. Three completely different stories. 🔑

L packed up her whole world and moved cross-country to be closer to her oldest daughter in Iowa. She and her younger kids finally have a space that's entirely their own to build a life in.

S+K bought their first home and I am SO excited for them to continue their journey together.

B+L waited 8 months for their forever home to be completed. I could not be more excited for them and happy for them to get the keys to their new home.

Three closings. Three "firsts" in their own way. I get to do this for a living and I still can't get over it.

Today was closing day for my sweet girl, K, on her very first home! 🏡🎉

K and I connected online and instantly hit it off — she's one of those people who walks into your life and just lights it up. We went on this journey together, found what we thought was the one, but ultimately knew the work required just wasn't in the cards with everything she had going on health-wise. So we kept going. 💪🏽

Then we stumbled onto this one. Bigger. Brighter. Full of potential and perfectly aligned with the vision she has for her life with her daughter.

28 days later — she's a homeowner. 🥹🔑

K, I am SO grateful for your trust, your friendship, and your patience through this process. I cannot WAIT to see what you do with this beautiful charmer. You deserve every single square foot of it. 🤍

Poured a little love into our teachers and staff today - literally. ☕💛

Brought the Cup of Joy Coffee Truck out to Emma's school because these humans show up EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. for our kids and they deserve to feel appreciated. 🥹

This is why I love being part of this community. As a mom, a neighbor, and a realtor, it all comes back to people for me. The ones who make this place feel like home.

STORY TIME 🪑📖

RB came to me as a referral and was SO ready for more space after living in a ~600 sq ft apartment (I mean… I get that 😅).
He found a home he loved right away. We talked through his goals, got his pre-approval dialed in, and went to see it. It felt like the one… until we found out it already had an accepted subject-to-sale offer that was able to perform. That definitely stung a little...

We kept going and found him a brand new home with even more space, in the perfect area. 🙌🏽 And today, RB officially closed and gets to start his next chapter. 🏡✨

Proof that the right home won’t miss you. 😉
