I take pictures at closings but I never post because, it is not my blessing, it is my client's. However today after closing I followed this newlywed couple home to intentionally get a pic in front of their new home. I often counsel and potential clients will opt not to buy a home because they cannot purchase their dream home at the time. SPOILER ALERT..........very few people can start out in their dream home. My advice is always to purchase something that you can afford now, sell in a few years, take your profit and buy something else, continue this until you have made enough money on the past houses to purchase your dream home.
This Young Man has been buying land and property since he was a teenager. I wonder when he sleeps, before he finishes one project he is calling with another one. No silver spoon, just hard work and sweat equity. Each deal gets better than the last.
This home is 3,462 square feet, 4 bedrooms, two whole bathrooms and two half bathrooms sitting on 5.58 acres of land. They both are hard workers and I know once they finish putting their personal touches on this estate, it will be something really, really special. I am sure this is not their last home, but I wanted my followers to see how the process works.

EXCITING NEWS!!! Did you know LOWES has a program where someone will come out twice a year, drain your hot water heater, change any light bulbs that are out, clean your dryer vents, replace your water filter in the refrigerator, change batteries in smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, l**e your garage door. What an awesome service and all for $99.00 per year.

My Mama used to have her summer curtains, her winter curtains, Christmas curtains, sorry Mama, I did not follow in your footsteps. I hate hanging curtains, blinds, etc. BUT for people like me, now they have TOOLESS blinds and window treatments. I tried them out and I am now in love. These were made just for people like us, that do not want all the extra work. I was able to put these blinds up in minutes. So easy. YEA, I AM GOING TO GIVE WAL-MART A 5 star rating on these.

GET RID OF ANY WOOD NEAR YOUR HOME. See the termites in pic 4. I took a class a few years ago and was taught not to put mulch against your house, leave a few inches. Mulch is not their favorite food but the mulch makes a cool hiding place for them.

I had a tree cut down this week,
