🏡 More homes on the market, fewer sales, and prices that vary by county—here’s your August Metro Atlanta housing update.
📊 Average sale price: $537,690 ⬆️ 3.2%
🔑 Homes sold: 3,769 ⬇️ 16.5%
🏘️ Homes for sale: 21,015 ⬆️ 4.6%
📅 Average days on market: 41 ⬇️ 6.8%
For buyers, more inventory means more options to explore. For sellers, pricing your home based on nearby competition remains important.
But Metro Atlanta isn’t one uniform market. Average sale prices increased in Fulton, DeKalb, and Gwinnett while declining in Cobb, Clayton, and Henry.
