She grew up ice skating, competing at Nationals for the United States Figure Skating Association by age 13 and passed her double gold test achieving a professional stature at 16. After high school,
she went on to achieve a degree in fashion design and marketing, graduating from the American Intercontinental University in London England, on the Dean's List, at the top of her class. After college she returned home and worked 12 years alongside her mother and sister in the family’s interior design business, later becoming an Intown Realtor in January 2014. Kara is the lead agent and founder of The Blue Grace Group, named after her two daughters. She adds value through her design background, vision and access to wholesale, high-end resources, accumulated over the last 25 years through her family’s interior design business. Kara is hands on from start to finish, offering design consultation, sourcing interior & exterior finishes, and prepping sellers to attain the highest sales prices with the shortest days on market. She’s an expert negotiator, and extremely hard working. She is very detail oriented, which reflects in her work ethic and the results she produces for her clients. Kara is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club and Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
