I can’t believe it either… 8 years at Compass. 🖤🤍
I’m so grateful for my fellow Compass agents—both here in Atlanta and across the country. These relationships mean so much to me, and I love that we push each other to be better every day. 📈✈️

From day one, I joined Compass because of the leadership. Robert just doesn’t stop, and I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have spent those long days in a conference room with him eight years ago, before the launch of Compass Atlanta. Compass Search, Collections and a little bit of Marketing Center was the amazing tech we were presenting... and look at us now!!! 📱💻
And today, our Atlanta leadership team is simply outstanding. Stephen Busch, Pauline Miller, Bill Murray, Avery Canada, Jessica Weston—you all make my job easier, and I appreciate you more than you know. What’s especially meaningful is remembering that, once upon a time, none of these roles existed, and now they are not only filled, but by the most impactful and wonderful leaders. You’ve helped build not only an amazing support system for agents, but also the Compass brand in Atlanta. 🧭
Every year on this day, I find myself thinking back to those very early days of Compass Atlanta. It was exciting, chaotic, and hard. We were fortunate to learn from the markets that launched before us, but we were still building something from the ground up. The hours were long but the wins were career milestones I will never forget. 🏆
Eight years later, it’s amazing to look around and see how far we’ve come. 📈
