What if one internet lead was worth four deals instead of one?

Matt Mitchell leads the The Mitchell Home Group - Real of Ohio in central Ohio, and about 80% of the deals he closes trace back to CINC. But the number that tells the real story isn't 80%. It's what he does with a single lead.

One came in about two years ago: a client with a primary home and two investment properties to sell before they could buy. That's potentially three or four transactions from one lead. Another started as a builder rep relocating from out of state and turned into an ongoing referral stream, with listings still coming in from it today.

His take is simple: an internet lead isn't a transaction, it's the start of a relationship. The source doesn't define what it becomes. Consistent follow-up does.
