Q1 market update is in—and Atlanta is looking a lot more balanced than the frenzy we saw the last few years.
📉 Median sales price: $436K (down 1% YoY)
🏡 Inventory: up 2% YoY
⏳ Average days on market: 55 days (up 4% YoY)
✅ Closed sales: 8,562 (down 1% YoY)
What does that mean? Buyers have a little more breathing room and options, but well-priced homes are still moving. Sellers can absolutely win in this market—it just takes strategic pricing and strong presentation.
