We had a specific goal from the start: get this home sold within a timeframe that worked around the sellers' school schedules. It all came together with a great buyer, top-notch marketing, successful open houses, in-person tours, thorough buyer information, staging, and some upfront repairs. We got the visibility needed and we got it done!

One of my favorite parts of this job is getting to really know the people I work with. There are few better ways to get to know someone quickly and authentically than going through a home sale together. This was a true team effort and I am proud of what we accomplished.
