✨Homeownership is more than a transaction. Sometimes it’s about finding peace of mind💫❤️

When we first started this journey, she was understandably nervous about purchasing another home. Every decision mattered because her biggest priority was creating a safe, stable environment for her children. She wanted to make sure she was making the right move and not overlooking anything along the way.

But through every question, every concern, and every step of the process, she kept the faith. She trusted the journey, stayed committed to her goals, and today she can proudly say she made it to the closing table. 🏡✨

One of the things I love most about what I do is the relationships built along the way. Every now and then, a client leaves a lasting impression, and she is definitely one of those people. She surprised me with the most beautiful basket filled with organic teas, and it was such a thoughtful reminder of the kind, genuine person she is.

This property taught me some REAL lessons… break-ins, damages, unexpected costs, and all the things I didn’t fully know to plan for at the time…😓😫

But I’m grateful for the lesson because now I look at investing with a whole different mindset. It’s not just about the purchase price or how good the opportunity sounds… you have to think about repairs, vacancies, reserves, tenant screening, security, and most importantly your exit strategy before you ever close 🙌🏾

Sometimes God will let something stretch you so it can sharpen you ❤️✨ Inspired by my girl 👏🏾🥰

And I know each one of them personally❤️

✨From someone who’s like family (I have to get on her from time to time but hey that’s what family do right?❤️😜🤣😘)

💫Sometimes growth looks like closing a chapter you learned a LOT from ✨🙏🏾

Today is one of those moments for me…I can look back and say I had good intentions, big dreams, and a heart to do something meaningful but I was still learning 😩

And that’s okay! 👏🏾 Some lessons only come from experience, and this one taught me more than I probably realized in the moment.

I’m grateful for the wisdom
I’m grateful for the growth
and I’m grateful that this chapter gets to close with peace.

We are walking with clients through major life decisions! It may be financial pressure, family transitions, tight timelines, negotiations, disappointments, and more‼️

And when you truly CARE about people, you carry you than just the transaction…
You carry the responsibility of protecting them
Of guiding them
Advocating for them
and helping them stay encouraged when things don’t go as planned ❤️

To my fellow realtors and entrepreneurs who are carrying a lot while still showing up for everybody else… please remember to take care of yourself too!

I’m sharing this from lived experience…Rest is not weakness and Boundaries are not selfish 👏🏾 Prayer, prioritizing peace, and your mental health matter just as much as the goals you are working toward 🥰✨

Ms. Mary this one really touched my heart. 🥰

This woman has given so much of herself for so long. She has worked hard, shown up, and been the rock for everyone around her. This moment was HER time and I am so proud of her for doing something just for herself. 🙌🏾
