“Do you really think this will happen?” 🥹
K’Sha asked me that when I called to tell her and Dexter they were conditionally approved.
My response? “Girl, start packing!!” 🤣📦

A little homebuying education 📚 Quick lesson: Conditional approval means the lender has reviewed your income, credit, and assets and says YES to your loan, as long as a few final items are checked off. Think appraisal, updated pay stubs, or a letter of explanation. It’s a huge milestone and a sign you’re almost at the finish line!🔑
Then she got quiet… emotions started taking over. The possibility of their family having a home was starting to feel REAL. ❤️
I told her, “If I know one thing, I know we gone get to that table. Start packing!!” 🙌🏾

And a couple of weeks later… HERE WE ARE!! 🏡🎉
Dexter you worked so hard for your beautiful family and you were determined to do everything you could to get your family into a home, and K’Sha you were right there making sure you all stayed on top of everything.

Watching them work toward this together was such a blessing.
This is why I love what I do. I get to witness the excitement, the nerves, and that moment when “Do you really think this will happen?” becomes “We really did this!” 🥹❤️

✨ Rejection is redirection 🙏🏾💫

I’ve learned this SO many times throughout my real estate career. There have been moments where I thought, “Man… this one would’ve been perfect for them.” And then later, I get to see exactly why that door didn’t open 🥹❤️

It’s easy to get discouraged when something you really wanted doesn’t work out. But just because something didn’t happen the way you expected doesn’t mean it’s not working out in your favor.

Sometimes you have to trust that what’s ahead is better than what you were trying so hard to hold onto 👏🏾🏡❤️So if you’re in a season of disappointment right now… don’t give up!

Keep moving, keep praying, and keep trusting God with the process 🙏🏾✨ You NEVER know what He’s redirecting you toward!
