XNA and American Airlines confirmed four one-stop flights to four European cities starting in 2027.

The four cities include Porto, Portugal; Reykjavik, Iceland; Vienna, Austria; and Barcelona, Spain.

In 2027, travelers out of XNA can take a one-stop connection flight from Philadelphia to the first three European locations between Mar 28 and May 27, or connect through Charlotte for the Barcelona flight starting May 27.

Fayetteville landed on AARP’s national list of the seven best places for a fall foliage walk in the United States.

The city went toe-to-toe with six other well-known metros including Madison, Wisconsin, Portland, Oregon, and New Haven, Connecticut.

AARP shared about Fayetteville and the surrounding Ozarks’ scenic trails, the Razorback Greenway, Mount Sequoyah, and the University of Arkansas’s Old Main.

Dodo Coffee officially opened its new location just off Wedington Drive in Fayetteville today, Aug 24, with a grand opening celebration planned for Saturday, Aug 29, from 7a-6p.

The shop opened after its previous location on MLK Blvd was demolished for a road expansion project, forcing the team to find a new location and continue serving Northwest Arkansas with its mobile coffee trailer.

It is co-owned by two-time Super Bowl Champion Cooper Kupp, plus his wife and extended family.

The Arkansas Razorbacks will kick off their 2026 football season against North Alabama at Razorback Stadium in Fayetteville on Saturday, Sep 5, at 3:15p.

This will be new head coach Ryan Silverfield’s first home game leading the Hogs, and the 133rd season of Arkansas Football.

With a new season comes a lot to look forward to on football Saturdays in Fayetteville, including crisp mornings in the Ozarks, Chuck Barrett’s “Touchdown Arkansas,” Friday night pep rallies, pre-game flyovers, tailgates, calling the Hogs with 76,000 of your closest friends, and so much more.
