This year is especially meaningful as we celebrate 250 years of the United States of America. I'm incredibly grateful to live in a country where freedom, opportunity, and the dream of homeownership are possible for so many.
I love this country, and I'm thankful for the men and women—past and present—who have sacrificed to protect the freedoms we enjoy every day. Today we celebrate not only our nation's history but also the communities, families, and homes that make America so special.

I have been so overextended with tasks that I haven't posted in a long time. But this closing was extra special!
Jim and Linda just moved here from Texas and closed on there new home with Schuber Mitchell yesterday. They also happen to be my Mom and Step Dad! They are happy to be relocating where 10 of their grandkids live.
