✨ The first half of the year is officially in the books and it’s been a memorable one for sure.

I want to thank all of my buyer & seller clients past and present for their trust in me to help them sell their homes or find their next dream home. I appreciate you all more than you know!!

I’m proud to have been recognized by my Brokerage Samson Properties as 2025’s DELAWARE REALTOR OF YEAR 🏆

Goals that were set at the beginning of the year have already been exceeded. In a down year I’ve already done as much business in the first 6 months as I did in all of 2025. Hard to believe that!!

I’d also like thank my father, John Cusato. After moving here in the spring of 2017 we didn’t sell our first home until the 4th quarter of that year. It was an extremely challenging beginning to life here in DE and kick starting our new careers together. There have been many times since then I’ve been on the proverbial mat. Dad you personify “Grit & Determination” among many other amazing qualities. Thanks to you I never rang the bell, and I wanted to many times, because of your daily example we’ve come an incredibly long way together!!
