After graduating from LU, my husband Josh and I settled in the New River Valley as he started a local tree

pruning and removal business, and we began our family. Our sons graduated from Blacksburg High and Dayspring Christian Academy in 2024 and are now running their own businesses locally. Our daughters are now in high, middle, and elementary school, involved in sports, and friends, and love the outdoors! So thankful for an amazing place to raise our family! Over the years, we’ve invested in real estate; gaining experience through four different primary residences, financing properties, short-term rentals, fixer-uppers, and a small commercial property. My passion for real estate grew from these experiences and has motivated me to serve others in reaching their financial goals! We Swooped in and got a great deal on a CONDO. Closed in 1 WEEK! Within 2 Weeks my Buyer had replaced countertops, spruced up cabinets, installed hew hardware, vanities, mirrors and fixtures! He will bless his grandaughter with a place to stay as she finishes at VT.

It's a WIN/WIN Situation for all!

1) His property Appreciates in VALUE over time.
2) He can DEPRECIATE the VALUE on his taxes.
