Hi, Neighbors! I'm Amanda Swift, a local Realtor who has proudly called Blacksburg, VA Home for over 17 years.

My husband Josh and I first lived on Long Shop, then Sterling, Westhill Community on Prices Fork, and now we are back in McCoy!

Josh owns/operates a Tree Removal Business and we also sell firewood. We have a Tiny House/Airbnb on the property, as well as other investment properties in the area. We have 2 boys and 3 girls, all who went to Prices Fork Elementary and now have local businesses in the community.
