Getting your offer accepted is exciting—but there’s still a little road to travel before you get those keys! 🏡🔑

Here’s what typically happens next:

💰 Earnest Money — Your deposit is usually due within the timeframe outlined in your contract.

🔍 Home Inspection — An inspection helps you understand the home’s condition and uncover potential concerns.

🏦 Financing & Appraisal — Your lender continues working through the loan process, and an appraisal may be ordered.

📋 Title & Insurance — Title work gets underway, and you’ll typically need homeowners insurance in place before closing.

✅ Final Loan Approval — Respond quickly to your lender’s requests and avoid making major financial changes while your loan is being finalized.

🚪 Final Walk-Through — One last look to make sure the home is in the expected condition before closing.

🎉 CLOSING DAY! — Sign the paperwork, complete the transaction, and get those keys! 🔑❤️
