I will diligently advocate for you when negotiating all offers, inspections, and addressing any issues that may arise along the way in an effort to arrive at a successful closing with the maximum proceeds in your pocket. For my buyers I focus on pointing out the pros and cons of each property with regard to the location and physical condition. I believe that it is critical that all Realtors possess a basic knowledge of a homes components, such as the roof, mechanicals, electric, and plumbing and have the ability to point out potential repair items. Whether working for a buyer or seller, my job is to navigate you through the selling or buying process with the fewest complications possible.
