We have a unique opportunity for an exceptional Property Manager to lead VITRA Apartments at Keystone, a luxury high-rise community located at Keystone at the Crossing in Indianapolis.

This is more than a property management position. It is an opportunity to shape the resident experience, inspire a talented onsite team, and directly influence the performance and continued success of a premier community with PRAXM Management!

We are looking for a driven, hands-on leader who knows how to:
• Build and motivate high-performing teams
• Drive leasing, occupancy, and resident retention
• Manage budgets, forecasting, pricing, and NOI goals
• Deliver an elevated resident experience
• Lead with accountability, adaptability, and integrity

Multifamily leadership experience and strong financial acumen are essential. Experience with RealPage and advanced Excel skills are highly valued. CAM, CPM, or CAPS designations are preferred.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and performance-based bonuses, with total compensation ranging from $60,000 to $80,000.
