We're hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician!

Prestige Real Estate Management is looking for a dependable, motivated Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Loftus Apartments. If you enjoy problem-solving, take pride in your work, and are committed to providing exceptional service to residents, we'd love to hear from you!
Schedule:
Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
• Overtime may be needed as business demands
• Participation in an on-call rotation is required
Responsibilities
• Complete maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliances, drywall, and painting needs
• Prepare apartments for new residents, including painting, drywall repair, appliance repairs, and general maintenance
• Perform routine grounds maintenance, including picking up debris, maintaining curb appeal, and keeping the community clean and presentable
• Complete daily property clean-up to ensure common areas, exterior spaces, and amenities remain safe and welcoming
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained community
• Deliver outstanding customer service while interacting with residents, vendors, and team members
Qualifications
• HVAC experience is preferred, but not necessary
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall repair, and painting
• Experience with general grounds maintenance and property upkeep is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
